Porcelain Veneers

A porcelain veneer is a thin wafer of porcelain that is bonded to your tooth to give the tooth a whole new look.

Veneers are becoming a more popular way to secure a sparkling smile.

Veneers can conceal a range of imperfections such as crookedness, discolouration, chips and gaps. Whatever the colour you choose for the veneer, it will remain the same colour for the duration it is in your mouth.

Veneers mimic natural teeth in colour, translucency and surface texture. They are highly resistant to wear and do not discolour.

With porcelain veneers, you can have the smile you want in one two visits. The teeth are prepared by removing a small amount of the front surface of the tooth (about 0.5 to 1mm.) A three-dimensional computer scan is taken of the preparation and designed on computer. The final veneer is made using CAD/CAM technology, naturalized and bonded onto the tooth or teeth.
